Homemade "Sliders"

My husband is NOT a fan of White Castle, however, he along with all the girls, absolutely LOVE this homemade version of the slider burger.

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef (grass fed is best!)
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/2 cup Mayo
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
24 mini buns/dinner rolls

Brown ground beef and soup mix. Try to get it really crumbly and broken up into small pieces. Drain grease if you have any. Stir in Mayo and cheese into meat. Mix well.

Cover baking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Lay bottoms of buns on foil. Evenly top each bun with meat mixture. If you want, you can top each with a sliced pickle like the real sliders. Put the top buns on. Spray another piece of tinfoil with cookie spray and cover burgers.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.
